Your information is used to evaluate your vehicle, prepare accurate pricing, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate with you about your service. Photos you upload are used only to assess your vehicle's condition.
Photo storage
Uploaded vehicle photos are stored in a private, access-controlled location. They are visible only to Motor Shine Garage staff and are not published publicly without your permission.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate this website and process your appointment request.
Data retention
Appointment requests, messages and photos are retained for as long as necessary to provide service and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your appointment by call, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to remove you from email at any time.
